Course Description

The Leadership for Social Change Program develops ethical, Neohumanist leaders equipped to guide positive transformation in a world facing urgent challenges. Through four deep-change modules and optional short courses, participants engage in a coaching-based journey of self-discovery, collaboration, and applied leadership practice. An overview of the program can be seen HERE.

The second deep change module is called Team Dynamics and Performance which helps participants understand oneself in relation to a team as a starting point for effective leadership. Through a blend of online learning, group coaching, and workshops, students explore team development, conflict resolution, the role of spirituality in leadership, boundary management, the biopsychologogy of cooperation, inclusion  and communication for consciousness change. A DISC assessment supports deeper insight into personal behavioral and cultural patterns. Learners set individualized goals and apply their insights directly to real-world leadership contexts.

Participants will complete a self-assessment before and after the course to reflect on their progress, along with four reflective journals and in-session quizzes.
